I use this book religiously
this is a must have book, there are just so many things you can do with the roller! no more need for someone else to rub the sore spot, do it your self!
Love the fact it has picture, benefits, areas it works and variations of each exercise.
Very informative good exercises to use with my foam roller. Great core guide and very easy to follow and understand
Great directions on how to perform the exercises. I have instructed a Pilates class for 12 years. Using the foam roller adds a whole new demension to the class. Recommend to Pilates instructers.
It has nice pages with great pictures that you can easily understand with nice descriptions. In the back, there is a smaller verion of all exercises. I take this to the gym so I know what to do.
Great book with photo examples of how to do the exercises using a pro roller. Most helpful in using correct form which is so essential in Pilates exercises.
